The report covers more than 600 organizations that collectively raised over $1.76 billion, handled over 19 million transactions, and sent nearly 6.8 billion emails last year. With all this data, it offers key takeaways to shape your future programs, including the following: 

Sustained Giving
Nonprofits are building more sustainable futures through strong bases of regular support. This year, double-digit growth in sustained giving revenue continued, increasing 14.26%. 

Relationships Rule 
This year’s data continues a positive trend of strong repeat giving performance, up 8.63%. 

An Uptick in Clicks
Healthy email appeal click rates increased 2.11%, suggesting that organizations are creating strong content and targeting supporters effectively. 

All About Advocacy
Advocacy organizations understandably had a busy year, growing the number constituents engaged in advocacy action by 6%, and increasing the number of advocates who contributed financially by nearly 4%.
