With various training classes from Blackbaud University, April gained a new level of knowledge and confidence about using Altru at the next level. In Best Practices: Building a Social Media Playbook class, she got the opportunity to share ideas with other museum professionals. Through the class’s interactive format, April learned new ways to link social media accounts, how to streamline the scheduling of posts across multiple social media platforms, and  innovative ways to gather demographic information from the organization’s social media channels.
