A First Look at #GivingTuesday
The social good community showed up again this #GivingTuesday. According to Blackbaud data, 16% more social good organizations received an online donation this year compared to 2017. Mobile giving also saw a large increase, with 29% of all online donations coming from a mobile device; up from 12% in 2017.

The 2018 U.S. Trust Study of High Net Worth Philanthropy
Conducted in partnership with the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, this biennial series of research provides insight into the motivations, priorities, and strategies of wealthy donors. This year’s Study finds that giving is being shaped by a diverse donor universe of different ages, ethnic backgrounds, and gender identities.
