Bechtler Museum of Modern

The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art is dedicated to the celebration and analysis of the strongest
aspects of mid-century modernism as reflected in the holdings of the Bechtler collection. The
collection is comprised of more than 1,400 works by 20th-century modern artists. Some works are

Bechtler Museum of Art was looking to improve operational efficiency and
streamline processes. They struggled with technology limitations of their
existing systems such as only being able to have one team member in the
system at a time and they were double and even triple booking the calendar
for upcoming events. They needed to make a change.
Bechtler decided to implement Altru to not only improve operational
efficiency but to get a complete view of their donors. They recognized
the importance of knowing and understanding their customers to drive
membership and event attendance.
