The technology at our disposal is more capable than ever before, from CRM and the full range of related applications to Business Intelligence tools. Yet many organizations recognize that they could still be getting more value from their investments. Often, the limiting factors are cultural in nature. How does the organization rally around the technology, adopting their method of collaboration and engagement, rhythms and pace of work, tempo and decision making, and how they measure and value their work to enable themselves to fully leverage the tools now at their disposal?
